Job Purpose
TradeMark Residential is looking for a talented leasing consultant and sales professional to join our team in our Raleigh/Durham market. In this role, you will be proactive in the marketing and leasing of the property.
Essential Duties
- Manage a portfolio of leases for potential and existing clients.
- Coordinate property viewings & follow-ups to prospective clients in a persuasive manner through evaluating clients’ requirements and financial prosperity to make personalized presentations.
- Coordinate and schedule lease applications and adhere to compliance requirements.
- Execute new lease agreements and coordinate move-in processes.
- Prepare all lease-related paperwork, including validating application information and references.
- Plan and implement marketing strategies to generate traffic.
- Manage regulatory and compliance-related services.
- Respond to queries/leads and conduct property inspections regularly to ensure proper maintenance.
- Other duties as assigned by the Property Manager.
Qualifications
- Proven working experience as a Leasing Consultant
- Good knowledge of leasing rules and regulations
- Proven track record of successful sales
- Basic understanding of MS Office
- Exquisite presentation and negotiation skills
- Well-versed in marketing and sales techniques
- Customer-focused approach
