**Overview:** We are seeking a skilled Leasing Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in property leasing and customer service, possess strong data entry skills, and be familiar with property management software such as Yardi. **Responsibilities:** - Conduct property tours for potential tenants and provide information about available units - Process lease applications and renewals, ensuring all required documents are completed accurately - Maintain tenant records and update leasing information in the database - Assist with property maintenance requests and coordinate repairs as needed - Build and maintain positive relationships with tenants to ensure high levels of satisfaction - Implement marketing strategies to attract new tenants and retain current ones **Experience:** - Proven experience in property leasing or related field - Knowledge of property management practices and procedures - Strong customer service skills with the ability to resolve tenant inquiries effectively - Familiarity with LIHTC (Low-Income Housing Tax Credit) regulations is a plus - Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software - Excellent data entry skills for maintaining accurate records - Understanding of lease contracts and rental agreements - Ability to collaborate with property maintenance staff and office personnel

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
