Tracy-Locke is looking for a Payroll Coordinator to join our team!
The Payroll Coordinator's primary responsibities consist of providing support in managing and processing payroll activities within the organization.
Responsibilities:- Maintain the highest level of confidentiality.
- Processing and distrubuting employee payroll accurately and on time.
- Maintaing and updating employee payroll records.
- Addressing employee inquiries and concerns regarding payroll, deductions, and tax-related matters.
- Continuous process improvement approach.
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
- Proactive in finding solutions and answers.
- High School Diploma.
- Mathematical aptitude, analysis skills and ability to communicate suchverbally and in writing required.
- Strong computer skills.
- Intermediate Excel and Adobe acrobat skills.
