Our Regional Sales Managers are responsible for owning and developing new enterprise customer relationships across a geographic and/or industry focused sales territory. You will work closely with senior executives in product management, marketing, brand management, risk and compliance and legal, to understand the customers brand protection and enhancement needs. You will also work with the broader Tracer team and our partners to educate customers on the various external threat vectors they face and how the Tracer product and services offerings quickly stop brand abuse and drive a better customer experience, leading to clean brands and top line revenue growth.

The successful candidate will have demonstrated success in consultative/strategic enterprise software and services sales, with a track record of building new territories and exceeding revenue goals for innovative, high growth technology companies. The right blend of customer obsession, innovative thinking, delivering results and ownership are critical to the success of our customers and this role.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop the sales territory through a combination of direct outreach, timely lead follow-up, and engaging with partners in co-selling engagement.
  • Deliver results, including exceeding new customer revenue, new customer acquisition, and cross platform product sales goals.
  • Select partner development and engagement within the EMEA marketplace.
  • Engage with C-level and Sr. Executives within the customer base to educate, consult and deliver innovative brand protection and enhancement programs.
  • Work effectively with program managers, legal counsel, technical specialists and finance to shape and deliver programs and customer success.
  • Work closely with the broader Tracer team including solution engineers, customer success managers, product management/marketing, inside sales, executives and finance.
  • Develop and lead new and innovative go-to-market programs in territory and share knowledge and best practices across the broader Tracer team.
  • Continuously learn about Tracer offerings, market trends and success stories that will enable our customers to move faster to prevent brand misuse and capture new and expanded revenue opportunities.
  • Provide post-sales and customer on-boarding support.
Requirements:
  • 7 years of relevant experience selling complex enterprise application software, SaaS and/or PaaS.
  • Strong track record of exceeding revenue targets and other KPIs including new customer acquisition and customer satisfaction.
  • Proven success of working with Fortune 1000 customers.
  • Past experience working in fast growing and/or start-up software/services companies, preferred.
  • Outstanding presentation skills to executive, business and technical audiences.
  • Exceptional problem solving and consultative selling skills.
  • Ability to work in an independent, collaborative and fast paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in science, technology, engineering, math or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Ability to travel regionally as needed.
