We are seeking an enthusiastic entry-level Machine Operator to join our team. Prior experience in CNC machining processes is preferred but not required, as training will be provided. This role is ideal for individuals looking to start a career in manufacturing and are keen on learning and mastering new skills in a dynamic industrial environment.

• Operate CNC machines
• Help set up and adjust machines and equipment for production runs.
• Read and interpret blueprints and production diagrams to understand machining operation requirements.
• Perform regular maintenance checks on machinery to ensure optimal performance.
• Monitor machine output to verify precision of machine operation and detect any defects or discrepancies.
• Ensure adherence to quality control standards and inspect finished products to verify conformance to specifications.
• Collaborate with other team members to improve processes and increase efficiency.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with company and OSHA safety policies.
• Document production data and maintain logs of machine operation and maintenance.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Temporary

Pay: From $16.00 per hour
