• Provide updates on OnBase Status by attending various meetings for Case Management System.
• Learns OnBase Case Management System and guide Executive Director to make high level decisions
• Apprise Executive Director of all OnBase updates.
• Utilize Outlook to manage Executive Director’s Calendar, schedule meetings and send correspondence.
• Assistant independently formulates decisions &/or judgments involving non-legal interpretation of policies & procedures as they would apply to given situation to resolve problems, to prepare correspondence &/or reports or to carry out other assignments.
• Under general supervision, maintains & updates the regional office case processing database.
• Enters case file information into the database (e.g., closure dates, routing information, case recommendations).
• Assists with routing cases & processing charges (e.g., walk-in, mail-in, online);
