As a Fast Track Sales Representative for TQL, you will be a key player at one of the nation's largest freight brokerage firms while making an impact on the recession-proof transportation industry.

POSITION IS LOCATED IN CINCINNATI - PAID RELOCATION PROVIDED

What you'll be doing :

• Build and nurture relationships by making outbound calls to establish your book of business
• Sell and close deals with new and existing customers to meet their freight transportation needs
• Utilize negotiation skills to determine pricing with shippers and carriers
• Manage daily shipments, ensuring timely pickup and delivery while addressing any issues that arise, 24 / 7 / 365
• Open and proactive communication, both internally and externally, maintaining transparency and trust

What you need :

• College degree preferred, but we have successful Sales Representatives without one
• A strong work ethic and the determination to outperform your peers
• Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to handle conflicts effectively
• Prior sales experience is preferred, but we value individuals with diverse backgrounds who can bring fresh perspectives
• A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and exceeding customer expectations
