Role Description

TQI Solutions, Inc. is seeking a forward-thinking problem solver to serve in an IT Project Management Analyst contract role at Norfolk Naval Station in Norfolk, VA. This position will support program management of critical information technology systems aboard the MSC fleet and will serve as a key advisor to goverment program management staff. The candidate selected will be responsible for developing and maintaining procurement and installation timelines, overseeing integrated master schedules, maintaining and enhancing portfolio roadmaps, and spearheading program financial planning for shipboard IT systems across multiple fiscal years. This empoyee will work on-site to gather and analyze business requirements, conduct systems analysis, and develop solutions that meet the client's needs. This position will also collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide technical expertise throughout project/program lifecycles.

Experience

• Minimum of 7 years in program/project management; Military Sealift Command and US Navy experience strongly preferred
• Ideal candidate would have successfully completed USN Division Officer or Department Head billet at-sea
• Experience in systems analysis and requirements development

Education

• Master’s Degree in Project Management, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration or related field
