TQI Solutions is currently seeking a Junior Technical Recruiter ready to join our team. This position will provide support at our headquarters client located in Norfolk, VA.
- Assisting the senior recruiter with recruiting duties
- Track and maintain current job postings via Breezy (ATS).
- Screening and reviewing candidates’ resumes.
- Provide daily updates and status of candidates to the senior recruiter.
- Schedule and conduct phone screens.
- Exceptional customer service and time management.
- Able to manage multiple JRs with efficiency
- Ability to learn and understand technical terms
- Posting job applications on job sites
Junior Recruiter Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, IT, or HR related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Teams)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Advanced interpersonal skills.
- Critical thinking skills.
- Ability to conduct interviews over the phone and via live chat.
- Team player
