SummaryThe Sr. Project Manager guarantees client satisfaction by ensuring creative is delivered on time at every key milestone, from internal meetings to final executions in the marketplace. Seamlessly integrates and coordinates workflow between all departments – Creative, Account Service, Media Planning, Strategic Planning,Internal Departments (Studio, Image Works, Print Production) and outside agencies. A thoughtful leader in analyzing business processes and developing a system that works for the team. Communicates project statuses and deliverables to internal departments, ensuring overall coordination for project completion. As appropriate, revises work plans and staffing assignments to meet changing deadlines and requirements. As a leader, you create an environment where you motivate your employees by communicating, guiding and encouraging. Core Accountabilities
  • Provide on-site leadership for project team by building and motivating team members to meet project goals, adhering to their responsibilities and project milestones.
  • Full project life cycle ownership: successful project delivery will include full implementation from initiation to deployment for one major or several minor initiatives simultaneously.
  • Manage all aspects of multiple related projects to ensure the overall program is aligned to and directly supports the achievement of strategic objectives.
  • Participate in establishing practices, templates, policies, tools, and partnerships to expand and mature these capabilities for the organization.
  • Assist in estimating and detailing project plan for all phases of the project.
  • Procure adequate resources to achieve project objectives in planned timeframes.
  • Provide status reporting regarding project milestones, deliverable, dependencies, risks and issues, communicating across leadership.
  • Understand interdependencies between internal departments.
  • Manage ongoing quality control and participate in quality issue resolution.
  • Develop and manage all aspects of project and program engagement from planning, external vendor relationships, communications, resources, budget, change, risks and issues.
  • Set and continually manage expectations while delegating and managing deliverable with team members and stakeholders.
  • Define success criteria and disseminate them to involved parties throughout project and program life cycle

Requirements
  • Experience 6-10 years’ experience managing projects. 
  • Education Four-Year Degree (preferred, but not required)
  • Job Type Permanent, Full-time
  • Strong ability to multitask.
  • Outstanding communication & organizational skills
  • Knowledge of project management processes, workflow, and terminology.
  • Ability to function well in a fast paced (sometimes chaotic) environment under tight deadlines. 
  • Confidence to pushback on key stakeholders based on the needs of the project.
  • Ability to play ‘PR’ for Project Management as it’s a newer discipline to the organization.
SalaryThe expected salary for this role is between $75,000 - $85,000, may vary dependent on geographic location and experience.
