  • Helps mainaining the online organization system to ensure all status documents are accurate and up to date
• Coordinates direction from Marketing and New Business teams to other internal TPNers regarding related work
  • Organizes/attends internal kick offs and internal review meetings/status
  • Creates and distributes meeting notes with clear next steps, action items and assigned responsibilities
• Supports day-to-day project flow, assisting Marketing and New Business teams to move through the full project life cycle, from kickoff to final execution and reporting
  • Tasks can include, requesting job numbers, routing notes and decks for review/approvals, adhering to and communicating timelines and deadlines
• Help with an industry research project

• Creates competitive audits of other agencies
• Supports projects, including:

• Current college student that is a rising junior, senior, grad student or recent grad
