• Develops, manages, and executes both print and digital initiatives for Bank of America in-store marketing campaigns with urgency and accuracy.
• Preparation of documents for leading new project kickoffs, internal reviews, and brainstorms
• Participates in deck development, revisions, proofing and uploading presentations for client reviews.
• Interpreting and accurately marking up creative edits in WorkFront based on client and internal feedback; then proofing to ensure changes were accurately made before providing back to client.
• Proactively moves projects along, ensuring clear folder organization, updating various status documents with timeliness and accuracy.
• Financial management (estimating time and costs, written estimates, cost-to-dates/tracking, invoices)
