A highly energetic and team orientated individual will find working on our Sales Team exciting and rewarding. The position affords someone with good and relative background to come into the position and grow within the company. Someone may not feel intimidated at not having years of experience.
**The ideal candidate for this position**
Will possess a drive to be successful. Must be able to show the ability and desire to make new contacts as outside research and new business development will be critical to the success of the individual. Hilton experience would be beneficial but not mandated. Knowledge of Hotel Operations or experience in a hotel environment is necessary as day to day maintenance of the group experience is essential.
**Who you will be working with**
Candidate will report directly to the Director Sales & Marketing. In this position, candidate will work closely with several departments including Front Desk, Culinary, Banquets and Housekeeping. We are a team environment and you will find that all take a vested interest in the delight of each guest the success of the sales manager.
**Where this job could take you**
as far as you would like to go. A high degree of interest is upon the hotel by our corporate team. Being noticed for succeeding in ones position will not be an issue.
