The Detail Manager is responsible for quality control and ensuring efficient output of the reconditioning and new-car prep teams. The perfect candidate for this position will have at least 5 years of detailing experience. Must have the ability to manage, motivate, and lead their team, have high attention to detail, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years detail experience
• Minimum 3 years of detail department management experience
• Have a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
