Toyota Material Handling is Hiring a Digital Experience Specialist Near Columbus, IN

Position Summary
Toyota Material Handling, Inc. is seeking a qualified candidate to join our Marketing team as a Digital Experience Specialist. You will help drive personalized marketing content to targeted audiences with a goal of converting prospects into customers.
Essential Position Duties
  • Adobe Suite Management:
  • Utilize Adobe Target to implement and refine personalization strategies, including A/B testing, multivariate testing, and audience targeting to improve user experiences and conversion rates.
  • Leverage Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) to manage and optimize digital assets, create personalized customer experiences, and ensure alignment of messaging across all channels and touchpoints.
  • Apply Adobe Analytics for robust data analysis, including real-time performance tracking, customer behavior analysis, and conversion optimization.
  • Personalization Strategy Development:
  • Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive personalization strategies that align with overall business objectives, enhance user experience, and maximize customer conversion.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to define customer segmentation, create personalized content, offers, and messages, and integrate personalization efforts across all customer interactions.
  • Campaign Management:
  • Design, manage, and refine personalized marketing campaigns across various digital channels, ensuring consistency in messaging, brand voice, and customer experience.
  • Monitor and optimize campaign performance based on data from Adobe Analytics, making necessary adjustments in real time to maximize ROI and meet KPIs.
4. Content Creation:
  • Using research and brand guidelines to craft high-quality content for Adobe Target test.
  • Monitor results to measure the success of content and identify areas for improvement.
  • Analysis & Reporting:
  • Leverage Adobe Analytics to gather and analyze data, generate actionable insights, and report on the effectiveness and impact of personalization strategies and campaigns.
  • Present insights and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders, driving continuous improvement in our personalization efforts.
6. Team Collaboration:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and sales, to ensure alignment and integration of personalization strategies across the organization.
  • Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and safe manner
  • Additional duties as assigned
Education & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Proven experience in a similar role, demonstrating expertise in personalization and digital marketing strategies.
  • Digital marketing experience, ideally for a B-to-B business or equipment manufacturer.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Target, Adobe Experience Manager, and Adobe Analytics.
  • Strong understanding of customer segmentation, content personalization, and data-driven marketing.
  • Proficient in analyzing and interpreting complex data to inform strategic decisions.

Primary environment: ambient room temperatures, lighting and traditional office equipment as found in a typical office environment.
