Job Description:
Who you are:
  • Hardware/Software Installation and maintenance
  • Basic LAN administration, Administration of clients
  • Proactively ensure the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability
  • Installation and OS support – Repair / Re-installation or fresh installation.
  • Installation / technical support for Microsoft 365 Apps, email clients and Other Business critical Applications
  • Installation and Configuration of Network, LAN Printers and Sharing.
  • coordinating hardware repairs with OEM like Lenovo, HP, and Dell on priority.
  • Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Maintaining backups and providing solutions for OS problems.
  • Providing Internet solutions as per user requirements.
  • Configuring Client or Member Server
  • Troubleshoot OS and Client application related issues remotely using remote assist tools like windows RDS, Quick Assist.
  • Good to have experience on Mac OS/Applications
  • Administrator and Working experience with Data Encryption software BitLocker.
  • Prepared new computers and mobile devices according to internal policies on standardized software and security deployments.
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 and office 365, including Teams, OneDrive.
  • Coordinates, diagnoses, and troubleshoots incoming Team Member calls.
  • Provides support services to Team Members with technical problems and information technology issues involving desktop, laptop, or network services from local personnel or from employees using network remote access.
  • Provides timely resolution of problems or escalation on behalf of customer to appropriate technical personnel.
  • Provides case status updates to management and end-users.
  • Supports and maintains effective relationships with users.
  • Develops, documents, and implements standard operating procedures and customer service guidelines relating to IT support.
  • Purchasing and imaging of laptops. (reimaging and troubleshooting hardware issues) coordinating repairs.
  • Coordinates with team in United States for issues, training, and communication.
  • New user onboarding and training.
  • Understanding user provisioning, permissions, etc.
Physical Requirements
  • Lifting around 50 lbs.
  • Overhead/above shoulder reaching.
  • Ability to be mobile.
  • Bending, twisting, kneeling, turning/pivoting, balancing, climbing
Information Security and Compliance Responsibilities
  • Maintain compliance with training directives required by the organization pertaining to Information Security, Acceptable Use Policy and HIPAA Privacy and Security.
  • Adhere to and comply with the organizations Acceptable Use Policy.
  • Safeguard information system assets by identifying and reporting potential and actual security events to the organizations Security and Compliance Officers.
Preferred Experience and Education
  • BS/BA or MS in technology, business, or healthcare-related degree
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in healthcare/technology-related field and required.
