We are seeking a Cashiers Associate to become an integral part of our team selling Toys!
You will be responsible for selling products, merchandise, and services in a toy/gifts/etc retail setting in order to drive company revenue.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome and identify customer needs
• Explain products and services to customers
• Monitor inventory to ensure product is in stock
• Enter and process customer orders
• Investigate and resolve customer complaints
• Coordinate with current owners
• Manage/handle daily cash and run daily closing reports for reconciliation.
• Cleans/restocks items in low business hours.
• Be part of team, and be courteous to work with other team members.
• Ability to handle customers crowd during peak seasons of sale.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields of Toy sales/industry.
• Professional attitude, and someone who follows work professionalism and company policies.
• Friendly towards kids and patrons coming with family/kids.
• Ability to build rapport with customers
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong communication.
• Experience in retail POS systems, and willingness to learn.

Work hours:

• Monday through Saturday, 10 am – 6 pm
• Sunday, Noon – 5 pm

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 30 per week
