Towson Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is seeking a full-time receptionist.

General requirements :

Works in a safety-conscious manner, which ensures that safe work practices are used in order not to pose a risk to self or others in the workplace.

Interacts in a tactful, diplomatic, and humanistic manner with patients, familes, vistors and co-workers to provide a safe, efficient, and therapeutically effective care environment which ensures the self-respect, personal dignity rights and physical safety of each patient and facility guest.

You will be responsible for all incoming calls, paging, takes messages and transfers callers to the appropriate department, transforms information from one record to another, such as writing patient identification taken from medical records on the outside of file envelopes or folders and make name badges for incoming patients.
