TEKsystems is Hiring a Bilingual Medical Receptionist Near Towson, MD
Currently seeking a Medical Secretary to work for a healthcare organization in Maryland.
Job Responsibilities:
- Scheduling and helping 50-60 patients/day
- Will be utilizing EMR systems to schedule patients
- Answer incoming calls
- Will be getting pre-authorizations for insurance for patients before them come in for surgeries, appointments, check ups
- Will be calling doctor offices/hospitals for pre-op results
- Will be verifying insurance on a daily basis
- Must be very knowledgeable in insurance companies and the process
- Will be calling doctor clinics to get customer scans medical records
Qualified candidates MUST MEET CDC health requirements.
This opportunity is onsite Monday-Friday 8-5PM. Will be required to work one day a week 10AM-7PM
