Highland Park High School This person will be responsible for assisting the head director in all aspects of rehearsal and performance for the marching band. This includes assisting/running music rehearsals and sectionals, teaching marching fundamentals, leading drill rehearsals, and supervising students. The assistant director is required to be at all rehearsals and performances unless cleared by the head director. The candidate must have extensive experience in the area of music performance and marching band.
