    SUMMARY:
    The Administrative Assistant to the Deans works with the Deans, security staff, and the clerical staff to meet the needs of students, staff, and the community.
    COVID-19 vaccinations are required for all faculty and staff at Township High School District 113. As a result, the Board of Education voted to pass a resolution requiring all District 113 employees to get a booster to the COVID-19 vaccination. All District 113 employees must provide proof; however, employees may request a medical or religious exemption through Human Resources.

    QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Other duties may be assigned.
    • Work collaboratively to provide administrative assistant support to the Deans’ Office and Attendance Office.
    • Manage calendars and schedule meetings for Deans.
    • Manage attendance using Infinite Campus as the need arises
    • Manage substitute teacher scheduling using Frontline program as the need arises
    • Work collaboratively and independently on major projects
    • Compiles data and creates reports as needed
    • Other duties as assigned
    REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
    • Demonstrated proficiency in using the following software – Google Suite Products, Microsoft Office and Infinite Campus, and Skyward.
    • Possess outstanding organizational and time-management skills.
    • The ability to work independently and access support as needed.
    • Possess effective oral and written communication skills.
    • Possess analytical skills to compile and analyze referral data.
    • The ability to work with others in a positive manner.
    • The ability to comprehend and follow written and verbal instructions.
