Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our team at a hotel. The Night Auditor will be responsible for overseeing the nightly operations of the establishment, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining accurate financial records.

Duties:
- Conduct night audit procedures efficiently and accurately
- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs during the night shift
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
- Process payments and maintain financial records
- Perform security checks of the property
- Prepare reports for management summarizing the day's activities

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a hotel setting is preferred
- Proficiency in night audit procedures and hotel management software
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Skills:
- Multilingual abilities are a plus
- Experience with front desk operations and phone systems
