Job Overview:
This position will be to sell two properties. The Residence Inn and the Towneplace Suites by Marriott.
The Residence Inn and Towneplace Suites by Marriott are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to lead our sales team in driving revenue growth and expanding our market presence. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, business development, and leadership to achieve sales targets effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals
- Manage and motivate the sales team to meet individual and team targets
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements with customers
- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM software to track sales activities
- Oversee outside sales activities and ensure customer satisfaction
- Drive technical sales initiatives to promote innovative products or services
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales management, preferably in technology sales
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to build rapport with clients
- Demonstrated success in business development and market expansion
- Proficiency in utilizing CRM software such as Salesforce
- Leadership skills to inspire and guide the sales team towards success
