OPENINIG SOON, Towneplace suites by Marriott in Lake City is seeking an enthusiastic, self motivated, and results driven individual to plan, direct, and coordinate the operations of this brand new property. MUST HAVE HOTEL EXPERIENCE. Duties and responsibilities include formulating policies, managing daily operations, and planning the use of materials and human resources, such as personnel, purchasing, and administrative services. PRIOR MARRIOTT OR HILTON experience a plus and will be highlypreferenced !
Responsibilities and Duties:
This position is responsible for the overall management and operation of the hotel.The right candidate will use leadership skills to drive revenue, maximize profit and ensure quality. Effective management of assigned staff to ensure achievement of overall financial results, guest satisfaction and positive employee relations.
Qualifications/Skills/Education
A minimum of 6 years' previous hotel operations and leadership experience, to include successful management of a large staff and focus on exceptional guest service.
