You offer the following minimum requirements:

• Experience with Xactimate software and multi-family construction, restoration processes, and procedures.
• Strong math skills for estimating quantities and making accurate calculations.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Exceptional customer service and time management skills
• Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and auto insurance.
• Willing to undergo a drug and background check if offered this position.

What you'll do as an Estimator:

• Generate estimates in order to make bids and sell services to repair and manage fire, water, wind and other property damage.
• Develop and execute marketing strategies to boost sales, enhance the company's reputation, and generate referrals.
• Collaborate with property managers, insurance companies, and adjusters to ensure efficient project execution.
• Ensure timely delivery of jobs within or under budget.
• Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:30 - 4:30 with on-call rotation.
