Primary Purpose: Provide professional service to new and existing clients by assisting the account manager/account executive/team leader and process their requests in a timely and accurate manner.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Process audits and endorsements
• Check and attach insurance policies in Epic
• Assemble client’s insurance policies for delivery
• Process and issue proofs of insurance (certificates, evidence of property)
• Process endorsement requests, direct bill cancellations and reinstatements
• Obtain loss runs, endorsements, billing, etc. from carrier websites
• Attend office/team meetings as necessary
• Participate in carrier website training
• Handle other duties as assigned
• Obeys all applicable federal laws, rules, and regulations relating to Anti-Money Laundering (AML) including the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA)

Minimum Required Skills and Competencies:

• Experience working in an office setting.
• Attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills.
• Dependability and punctuality.
• Experience with Microsoft software to include Outlook, Word, and Excel.

Desired Skills and Competencies:

• Active P&C License
• Prior personal or commercial insurance experience
• Prior Experience working with insurance software, preferably Applied Systems
