Houseman Job Description
Location: Saraland, AL, 36571
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Houseman to join our team. The Houseman will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities, including guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, excellent time management skills, and a positive attitude.
Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces
- Ensure all areas are stocked with necessary supplies
- Assist with laundry and other housekeeping duties as needed
- Report any maintenance issues to management
- Assist guests with requests and inquiries as needed
- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior housekeeping or janitorial experience preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent time management skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
