Office Manager, Community Development Department
Expected Hiring Range: $71,340 - $89,175
Full Salary Range: $71,340 - $107,010 annually

The Town of Vail is now hiring an Office Manager in the Community Development Department. The Office Manager manages all administrative functions of the Community Development Department and its four divisions (building, environmental, housing and planning) and is responsible for establishing, directing, and implementing daily and long range goals of the Administrative team (administrative assistant, development review coordinator, temporary support and volunteers). Assists the Director of Community Development in developing and implementing programs and policies, budget preparation, personnel policies and issues, and departmental operation effectiveness and efficiency. Guides the direction to and participates in customer service and production activities; responsible for and manages all filing systems; responsible for and manages all Community Development software plan review & permit tracking software.
