POSITION: Program Coordinator (Union Position)
LOCATION: New Fairfield Free Public Library
GENERAL DUTIES: The program coordinator would be respnsible for planing and assisting with library programs for all ages. Other duties include publicizing and evaluating programs provided, as well as maintianing the program budget.
HOURS: 26 per week. Flexible hours within library schedule to accommodate programs. They will include some evening and weekend hours.
SALARY: Starting at $18.82 per hour
QUALIFICATIONS: Successful candidates will have good interpersonal skills, the ability to work comfortably with patrons of all ages, and a desire to have fun and inspire the community. A Bachelor’s degree and two years of relevant work experience is required. Libray experience ispreferred.
