The Town of Morrisville Cedar Fork Community Center is looking for a high energy individual to provide excellent customer service to the public. As a Center Aide, you will provide excellent customer service to all patrons. You will be responsible for processing daily transactions, responding to questions about our programs, parks, facility rentals, and our department. Center Aide also assist with staff with programs when needed.
This is a part-time position, year-round with up to 20 hours a week. 

• Provide excellent customer service to the general public; greeting people, answering the phone, processing registrations and memberships, general clerical tasks, facility care, and support.
• Respond to questions about our parks, programs, facility rentals, registrations, events, and other department questions.
• Be familiar with the facility and Town programs. 
• Open and/or close the facility when assigned.
• Monitor facility rentals. 
• Register participants for programs using ActiveNet and assisting customers with ActiveNet portal.
• Enforce Morrisville policies and procedures.
• Proper collection and handling of fees in accordance with Morrisville cash handling policy and procedure.
• Assist with program operations with the check in/check out procedures of programs, room set-up and break down.
• Be a good multi-tasker and comfortable with computers. MS Outlook, Word, registration software, navigating files and the internet is a must.
• Help maintain and clean facility as needed.

The ideal candidate would be professional and have experience working in a recreational setting. Must be at least 16 years old and have reliable transportation. Must be able to have the ability to lift up to 25 lbs. Bilingual applicants encouraged to apply. Employment is contingent on a background check and a drug screening.
