TOWN OF GRAND CHUTE is Hiring an Administrative Clerk Near Grand Chute, WI

Position Summary: Perform Reception/Administrative support for the Administration department, specifically Clerk and Finance/Treasurer. Assist with individual/business, special event, and dog licensing, collecting taxes, cash receipting, utility payments, election preparation/administration, and answering and routing telephone calls.
**Due to an internal promotion, the Town is accepting qualified applications for a full-time Administrative Clerk.**

Requirements: High School Diploma (or Equivalent). 2-3 years of experience, office experience and previous municipal experience desired, notary or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire date. Experience with WisVote – Statewide Voter Registration Database or ability to complete training within 6 months of hire date. Liquor License experience or ability to complete training within 6 months of hire date.
Salary: The full wage range is $22.47-$28.89 with expected hiring range between $22.47-25.68 depending on qualifications.
Benefits: Employer contribution of 6.9% into Wisconsin Retirement System, State of WI Health Insurance; Vision Insurance; Accident Insurance; Critical Illness Insurance; 100% employer paid Dental Insurance, Life Insurance, and Disability Insurance Premiums; 80 hours of paid holidays per year; 8 hours of sick leave per month (accumulation to 960 hours) and sick leave incentive; vacation leave; and attractive work hours, plus a welcoming, friendly, respectful work environment!
