Duties:
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences
- Showcase vehicle features and conduct test drives
- Provide information on pricing, options, financing, and incentives
- Negotiate sales terms and close deals effectively
- Upsell additional products or services to enhance the customer experience
- Utilize phone etiquette for follow-up calls and appointment setting
- Conduct cold calling to generate leads and expand the customer base
- Collaborate with sales management to meet targets and objectives
- Participate in outside sales events to promote the dealership
- Utilize public speaking skills for presentations and customer interactions
- Provide sales support by assisting customers throughout the buying process
Requirements:
- Proven track record in sales with a focus on achieving targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation abilities with a customer-centric approach
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism
