The head office position provides many services to our customers including answering phones, routing telephone calls, solving problems, issuing money orders, handling bill payments and selling convenience items like postage stamps and tobacco. They are also responsible for balancing cash drawers, preparing store deposits, and completing necessary daily book work. They must use a cash register, calculator, computer. Accuracy and basic math skills are important.
