Description

This position plays a crucial role in facilitating communication and collaboration between all levels of employees and management. Establishing a "Go-to" individual when an employee needs assistance is key to the health and growth of Tower Extrusions. The liaison position will assist new hires with the onboarding process and tracks them through their 90-day probationary period. 

Tasks include maintaining daily assignments such as attendance, checking in on new hires, and answering payroll questions. May be asked to file/shred paperwork and assist others in the office as needed.

This position also will control the receiving of packages from UPS/FedEx. In charge of PO's associated with the packages and informing the purchaser that their delivery has arrived.

Requirements

* Strong communication skills

* Bilingual preferred but not required

*Must be able to lift upwards of 40lbs

*Must be able to stand of feet for several lengths at a time 

*Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office)

*Must be able to adapt to office and manufacturing plant environments 

*Adherence to designated procedural guidelines
