Tourmaline Builders, a custom home builder focused on the beach communities of San Diego, is a five-time winner of the award for Custom Home of the Year in San Diego. Tourmaline builds both custom and spec luxury homes. We are seeking a talented and professional Project Manager with experience in Custom, Spec and Luxury Homes.

Requirements:
- Significant experience as a superintendent or project manager building custom homes.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer service focus.
- Must be highly organized, responsible, and conscientious.
- Ability to multitask, handle complexity, and thrive in a very fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as basic computer skills (Microsoft Excel, etc.).
Responsibilities:
- The Project Manager will have primary responsibility for several simultaneous custom home construction projects, and will serve as point-of-contact for the custom home client, acting as the face of the company, and managing the client's concerns and needs.
- Maintain the project budget and timeline.
- Coordinate and manage subcontractors. Solicit bids and award subcontracts.
- Manage subcontractors working side-by-side with Tourmaline's in-house field construction staff.
Compensation:
- Full-time position
- Salary at $90,000 to $120,000 (depending on experience)
- Generous 401k plan
- Healthcare.
