Seeking a Resident or Site Manager for a condominium in Hawaii Kai with approximately 146 units. Highrise and low-rise structures with swimming pool. Candidate must have administrative skills, people skills, and prior experience supervising employees, contractors, and capital repair projects. Should have an understanding of mechanical equipment, plumbing, landscaping, access control and surveillance systems. ARM certification preferred. 2 bed, 2 bath, 2 parking apartment available. Employer open to manager living offsite.
