The Purpose:

The purpose of this position is to support the community by delivering premier customer service in every interaction through both verbal and written communications.

Responsibilities:

Operate the Community paging and telephone system.
Communicate effectively on the telephone and in person.
Receive, sort and distribute mail accurately and timely.
Screen and direct all incoming calls appropriately.
Answer all inquiries according to Community release of information policies and procedures.
Enforce visitation policies and procedures.
Screen all individuals coming into the Community and exercise good judgment in granting entrance.
Interact with residents or residents’ representatives and direct them to appropriate individuals.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED required along with prior experience including high volume of telephone calls
