Tots to Teens Pediatric Dentistry and Orthodontics is Hiring a Regional Manager of Orthodontics Operations Near San Antonio, TX

We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Manager to oversee our orthodontics team across our network of offices. The Regional Manager will play a key role in leading and supporting our orthodontics staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality care and excellent patient experiences.

Responsibilities include:

  • Provide leadership, guidance, and support to orthodontic staff across multiple office locations.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the orthodontics team and function, including scheduling, patient flow, and staff management.
  • Collaborate with office managers and other regional managers to optimize orthodontic workflows and procedures.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement strategies to achieve departmental goals and targets.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies related to orthodontic services.
  • Conduct regular staff meetings, training sessions, and performance evaluations to promote continuous improvement and professional development.
  • Serve as a liaison between the orthodontics team and other departments within the organization to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.

WORKING CONDITIONS/PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Daily travel within San Antonio and South Texas area.
  • Business office and Pediatric clinic setting.
  • Minimum moving requirements of 25 pounds in order to transfer supplies to the office after delivery
  • Hearing – Must be able to hear telephonic equipment and comfortably communicate with patients and others by telephone and in person.
  • Near Vision—the ability to see details at close range (within a few feet of the observer) as view the computer screen daily
  • Physically able to climb up and down two flights of stairs multiple times a day as needed

Required Skills /Abilities

  • Experience in dental orthodontics management is a must.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact, professionalism, and diplomacy.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Proficient with dental software and systems.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or a similar field preferred.
  • 3 years of management and leadership experience.
  • Excellent leadership and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Always maintain the highest level of confidentiality to HIPAA standards.
  • Adhere to strict safety guidelines and procedures to OSHA and office standards.
  • Adhere to all office policies.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to maintain positive rapport with patients and other team members.
  • Effective verbal skills to communicate clearly and professionally with patients and staff
  • Must be detail oriented in order to work efficiently.
  • Must demonstrate active listening by giving full attention to what other people are saying, taking time to understand the points being made, asking questions as appropriate, and not interrupting at inappropriate times.
