POSITION SUMMARY

The Traveling Ortho Treatment Coordinator is a key member of our travel ortho team who rotates through our 14 San Antonio clinics. The Treatment Coordinator (TC) guides patients through the new patient process, starting from the time of making the appointment until they arrive for their consultation. The TC ensures the patient/parent/guardian are informed of all aspects of treatment such as insurance, cost, and expectations. Most importantly, they will ensure that the patient's needs, wants, and concerns are addressed prior to starting. Must be able to work well with different doctors and staff.

REQUIREMENTS

• Must possess active Driver's License in good standing and state mandated auto Insurance.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to create positive experiences for patients, dentists, and other staff members.
• Ability to confidently communicate financial plans and terms for ortho treatment.
• Professional personal presentation.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum education of a high school diploma or GED.
• Two years of experience as an Ortho Treatment Coordinator
• Computer literacy.
• Must maintain office goals and conversion rate within 90 days.
