You. The Ideal candidate is curious and collaborative. Your role will include fact-finding, analyzing information to identify themes, working as a team to build creative and practical solutions for our clients, and translating our work into compelling work products.

Consultant, Communications and Change Management

Role Purpose: We are looking for strong talent to support an organizational change management project for a federal health client going through a large-scale IT modernization effort. Responsibilities:

  • Leading workstreams within a client engagement

  • Defining success metrics and collecting, analyzing, and reporting data using a variety of mediums
  • Developing change management strategies and executing a variety of tactics to reach relevant stakeholders with timely and consistent information
  • Writing communications and developing presentations
  • Creating clear and compelling training content
  • Planning projects and tracking project status, keeping leaders informed of project risks/issues
  • Leading client meetings
  • Participating in business development and proposal creation

Requirements

  • Minimum of 4-10 years of experience preferably in Organizational Change Management, Communications, and/or Training & Development
  • Consulting experience within the federal sector (preferred)

  • Minimum of a bachelor’s degree
  • Experience with client relationships and project management
  • A problem solver and analytical thinker
  • Must have the ability to successfully achieve Public Trust clearance

Also, let’s face it, we spend a lot of time together. So, we also appreciate a great sense of humor and a positive, “I can make this work” attitude.

Location

  • This is a remote position
  • Some travel may be required, including the possibility of being a key contributor to onsite client engagements, but this is NOT a traditional on-the-road consulting role. Travel is more the exception than the norm.
