Total Orthopaedic Care has been serving the Lauderdale Lakes and Pembroke pines community since 1990. We are currently looking for a motivated and energetic individual that can multi task in a busy medical office environment to work with our orthopedic team. Our Orthopaedic department is seeking an individual who has the ability to greet patients with a positive attitude, demonstrates superior communication skills, as well as excellent customer service. We are currently looking to hire someone to cover the Front desk in the evening from 11:30 - to 8 pm.

Responsibilities include:

• Answering phone calls and returning voicemails
• Making new patient and follow up appointments
• Maintaining up-to-date patient records
• Contributing to a team effort by accomplishing tasks on time
• Checking in New Patients
• Collecting Payments
• Confirming Patient Appointments

Requirements:

• Fluency in Spanish and Creole is a plus
• Medical Office Experience Preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
