Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Beverage Manager at Total Environment Hospitality USA. The Beverage Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the beverage department, including managing inventory, creating and updating beverage menus, training staff on beverage selections, and ensuring exceptional customer service. The Beverage Manager will also collaborate with the culinary team to create beverage pairings and assist in organizing special events and promotions.

Qualifications

  • Experience in the Food & Beverage industry
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to train and educate bar team
  • Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
  • Experience in budgeting and cost control, & strong P&L diagnosis
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, approximately a 55 hour work week***
  • Experience with brewery operations is a plus
