JOB DESCRIPTION:
DUTIES/RESPONSIBILTIES:
- Input all orders and keep records of all shipping documents.
- Inventory, and audit materials and products for FL & VA.
- Calculate shipping costs, analyze freight bills and verify invoices with inventory.
- Assist with past due customer payments and freight invoices.
- Arrange shipment of products and materials to warehouses and customers nationally.
- Arrange shipment of products and materials to international customers.
- Maintain working relationship with international freight forwarders and domestic carriers.
- Arrange for the delivery of samples to domestic and international customers.
- Manage customer service/customer-care.
- Maintain and update contact and broker information on customer accounts.
- Maintain relationships with carriers and source new carriers.
- Work with Maintenance and Materials Control to meet shipping and receiving needs.
- Work closely with Production Supervisor to efficiently meet customer needs.
- Promptly alert Senior Management of immediate or potential problems in meeting customer needs.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Work with senior management to format annual marketing plans
- Implement and maintain social media & PR marketing campaigns.
- Act as main point of contact between management, sales and contracted website provider to update and maintain website.
EDUCATION:
- Experience with social media management tools.
- B to B Marketing experience.
