We are looking for a PRN Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to provide therapy in Assisted Living (AL) facilities and within the community in and around Toledo, Ohio.

The Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) would be responsible for following up with the plan of care set by the therapist, performing treatments, and communicating with the supervising therapist regarding patient progress. Hours are 8-5 Monday-Friday. Must be a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in the state of Ohio. We utilize a universal electronic documentation system.

Compensation: competitive/negotiable/experience-based.
