Job Summary:
Our client in San Antonio, TX is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control Administrator to ensure the efficient maintenance and management of all quality control documents related to the certified system in compliance with ISO standards. This is a temporary position with the potential for extension based on performance and business needs.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain controlled Quality documents in compliance with the latest ISO standards
- Manage the availability of quality documents in the portal for effective Quality Management System functioning
- Handle various quality documents like Nonconformance reports, Drawings, QCP, NDT, Third-Party Certificates, and Internal Reports
- Utilize ERP systems and Oracle-based applications for document management and data extraction
- Prepare quality-related documents for internal and external reviews
- Establish a systematic document review plan within a 36-month cycle
- Control and maintain the issuance and tracking system for Quality Assurance/Quality Control records
- Proficiency in ISO standards and quality control procedures
- Experience with document management and ERP systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Familiarity with QA/QC records, specifications, and drawings
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
