A successful QC Manager shall be responsible for oversight of quality control inspections and corrections for assigned project(s). Coordinating efforts of the Lead QC Inspector(s) and QC Inspector(s). Ensure outside plant construction meets customer and company standards for both equipment use and established quality standards. At a minimum, the position requires a good working knowledge of telecommunications infrastructure and construction; familiarity with underground plant installation, utility lines/pole attachments, locating equipment and requirements, and various other telecommunications equipment and the functionality of each; ability to identify and troubleshoot problems..

Responsibilities:

• You will complete high level tasks in support of an assigned department/project
• You will complete labor intensive tasks in support of an assigned department/project
• You will complete daily production reports to document work performed
• You will read, interpret, and input data in support of an assigned department/project

• 2 years experience in related field
• Computer skills
• Previous supervisory and/or managerial experience
• Project management skills including planning, organizing, and coordinating tasks
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Successful completion of pre-employment drug screen, background, and motor vehicle record check
