Summary

Tosoh desires to engage a candidate from a educational institution for internship opportunities. This candidate should be able to understand business and technical processes, workflows, and diagrams and translate that into technical documentation that can be used to drive standardization and consistency across IT department processes, applications, and infrastructure. This may also include reviewing processes for consistency, efficiencies, and identifying areas where process improvements are possible. This can include newer technology advancements that are present in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Cyber-Security.

Major Duties and Responsibilities

• Research and understand Business workflows that drive technical requirements
• Understand proper Change Control Procedures and document
• Document and publish technical documentation that aligns with our corporate standards for Application and Infrastructure management.
• Reviewing and building content for a Self-Service platform to assist our business partners in resolving their issues.

Education

• Rising Junior or Senior enrolled in a university Information Technology degree program
