Toshiba Global Commerce Solutions is Hiring a Technical Business Analyst Lead Near Durham, NC
Toshiba Global Commerce Solutions is seeking an exceptional Business Analyst leader with experience in working with clients and internal teams through the Software Development Life Cycle while also being a team lead for members of the Professional Services Business Analyst Team. As a team lead, you will provide mentorship and feedback to your team members, give input into team assignments, provide input in hiring and contribute to the BA team processes. As a member of the Business Analyst Team, you will be responsible to lead client engagements including leading new client workshops.

The candidate will be part of a cross-functional team responsible for planning, developing, and releasing software solutions to the market. You'll develop and nurture key relationships with product, program management, business partners, services, finance, procurement, and other supporting groups to ensure the timely release of solutions that will fully satisfy demanding customer expectations.
This position requires a previous experience in leading a team and proven knowledge of Agile software development processes as well as an understanding of traditional waterfall methodologies. This position is client facing requiring a deep understanding of requirements and business drivers for Toshiba's products and solutions. Responsibilities of the Lead Technical Business Analyst:
Mentor and provide feedback to assigned members of the Business Analyst team.
Participate in the hiring process for new analysts.
Provide input into assigned Business Analysts project assignments.
Contribute to defining BA processes and driving continuous improvement.
Build and manage client relationships to influence and drive change.
Managing a client's project backlog and ensuring it's transparent, visible and clearly communicated with an understanding of what the client needs and why it is needed.
Deep understanding of Toshiba applications to influence client decisions. Responsible for defining requirements and use cases.
Work with the technical team and product owner to prioritize the requests, outline the acceptance criteria, and flush out the use cases.
Support the development team during sprint execution in clarifying any business-related questions.
Up to 25% travel
Required Skills:
Experience in leading a team.
10 years - Experience as a Technical Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst
Experience with software development teams and projects.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Good analytic and logical problem-solving skills.
Strong collaborative and teamwork-oriented skills.
Experience in Agile development methodologies.
Experience in creating product documentation.
Preferred Skills:
Bachelor's degree
Domain knowledge in the area of Retail, software engineering or technical business analysis
