Torris Investments is Hiring a Remote Social Media Coordinator (mostly remote)
*This role requires in-office work 1 day per week.
We are an online platform dedicated to empowering individuals through their entrepreneurial journey by offering courses and digital products. We are seeking a talented and creative Social Media Coordinator to join our team. This role will be responsible for managing and executing our social media strategy. Your main duties will include creating engaging content and managing social media accounts.
- Develop and execute a cohesive social media strategy across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Manage monthly social media content calendars.
- Create engaging content, including images, videos, graphics, and animations, aligning with the brand's message and resonating with the target audience.
- Handle photography, videography, basic design, and copywriting.
- Manage all page profiles, content, boosting, and performance.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to synchronize online campaigns and promotions.
- Analyze key metrics to optimize reach, engagement, and conversion.
- Stay updated with social media trends, best practices, and emerging platforms.
- Engage with the community by responding to comments, messages, and replies across various platforms.
- Communicate with third-party agencies, including editors and graphic designers.
- Perform other ad hoc marketing duties as required.
REQUIREMENTS EXPERIENCE:
- 2 years of experience in a Social Media role
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Social Media, or related field.
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
- Proficient in social media management tools, scheduling, direct message automation, and analytics.
- Proven experience in creating various content types (portrait, landscape, reels, stories, UGC, static, videos, motion design, and GIFs).
- Excellent copywriting skills with a focus on creating compelling content for diverse marketing channels.
- Proven track record of driving engagement and conversion through social media.
- Understanding of SEO and digital marketing strategies.
- Experience with online learning platforms, especially Kajabi.
- Familiarity with project management software (Asana, ClickUp, or Monday.com).
- Proficient in editing and design platforms like Canva.
- Strong analytical skills for data interpretation and actionable insights.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
