Are you a seasoned Estimator with a proven track record in commercial interior projects? Do you have what it takes to lead and elevate estimating department to new heights? If so, we want to hear from you!

As the Senior Estimator, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing the estimation process for our commercial interior projects. This role requires a strategic thinker with extensive experience in lump sum bids, construction management, and budgeting. You will lead a team of estimators, providing guidance and mentorship while ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all estimates.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the estimating department, overseeing all aspects of the estimation process.
  • Prepare accurate and competitive lump sum bids for commercial interior projects.
  • Collaborate with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to develop comprehensive estimates.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of project requirements and specifications to develop detailed budgets.
  • Utilize industry knowledge and best practices to identify cost-saving opportunities and value engineering solutions.
  • Maintain strong relationships with vendors and subcontractors to ensure competitive pricing and timely delivery of estimates.
  • Provide support and guidance to junior estimators, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development within the department.

Candidate Requirements:

  • 10-15 years of experience in estimating commercial interior projects.
  • Proven experience in lump sum bids, construction management, and budgeting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively lead and motivate a team.
  • Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite.
